With over two decades of experience in management, customer service and real estate—Kathryn Gregg Wofford brings a unique blend of professionalism, problem-solving, and personal care to her role as a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Before entering mortgage lending, Kathryn worked as a Realtor and was a real estate brokerage owner/BIC, where she gained firsthand knowledge of the buying and selling process, and developed a deep understanding of the importance of financing in helping people achieve their homeownership dreams. She also has extensive experience in operations, and administrative management, giving her the organizational skills and attention to detail needed to guide clients smoothly through the lending process. Whether she’s helping a first-time homebuyer, or guiding an investor, she ensures each client receives clear communication and dedicated support every step of the way.

Outside of work, Kathryn is passionate about organizing community fundraisers, and volunteering. She also enjoys golf and spending time with family and friends. Favorite courses to golf include The Rock, Links of Stono Ferry and Woodfin Ridge.

Her mission as a mortgage loan officer is simple: to combine her years of real estate knowledge with her dedication to customer service to help clients feel confident and cared for throughout their home financing journey.
